The Foam Shop’s Knee Bolsters are designed to comfortably float your legs to a higher elevation. Elevating your legs in this manner relaxes the tension in your lower back and allows your spine to lay flat and straight on the mattress. This greatly relieves any pressure or discomfort you are feeling in that area. Coming in a variety of bolster heights, you are sure to be able to find the right comfort fit for your body. Our Knee Bolsters come with a fitted zippered polycotton cover, removable for washing.

Proper Positioning
The Knee Bolster is designed to be used on your back, with your legs curled over the top of the bolster. Your heels should then hover close to the surface of the mattress, but not rest on the mattress.
